Decks, Views & Outdoor Spaces
The decks are the heart of the home. They hover above the sea and invite long mornings, unplanned afternoons, and evenings that stretch a little longer than expected. This is where coffee tastes better, conversations linger, and sunsets quietly steal the show.
Outdoor spaces are designed for gathering without feeling busy—places to sit together, spread out, and enjoy the ocean in your own way.

Sleeping Arrangements & Family Comfort
Kahana Nui is designed for families and shared stays. The home features four oceanfront master suites, each with a king size bed. plus 2 additional bedrooms one with two full beds, and one with a full and a twin. Each master has direct views of the Pacific—so everyone wakes up and falls asleep with the sounds of the ocean.
Additional rooms are ideal for kids, making the home especially well-suited for multiple families traveling together. There’s space for togetherness and space for privacy, so everyone can settle in comfortably.
Each bedroom is equipped with individual air conditioning for those moments when the trade winds soften.

Bali-Inspired Design & Indoor Living
Built in 2000, Kahana Nui is a Bali-inspired pole house with hand-carved details, natural materials, and an open, airy layout. The home was designed to breathe with the ocean breeze and stay connected to its surroundings.
Large retractable glass walls open the main living and dining areas to the outdoors, creating an easy indoor–outdoor flow that feels natural and relaxed. This is a home with character—warm, lived-in, and shaped by time rather than trends.

Kitchen, Dining & Everyday Living
The kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals and easy living, with modern appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to cook, gather, and enjoy time together. Whether it’s casual breakfasts, long dinners, or sunset grilling, the home is set up to support the simple rituals that tend to become favorite memories.

Relaxation & Play
Downtime comes easily at Kahana Nui. Spend the day swimming, soaking in the hot tub, or sunbathing poolside while listening to the waterfall. Evenings might mean a friendly game of ping pong, music playing softly through the house audio system, or simply sitting quietly as the ocean settles.
There’s no pressure to do it all—just space to enjoy what feels right in the moment.

Nature, Wildlife & Daily Moments
Nature is not an amenity here—it’s part of daily life. Whales pass by during whale season. Sea turtles are often spotted just offshore. Fish move through the reef, and seabirds glide overhead. Rainbows frequently follow passing showers.
None of it is guaranteed, and that’s part of what makes it special.
